Ingredients
250g chocolate
50g Pistachio/Walnuts/Macademia/Peanuts
50g Cranberries/Goji berries
Top Tips
Any type of chocolate works for this.
Substitute or add any of your favourite fillers (pretzels, dried apricots, popcorn – list goes on!)
Wrap these in cellophane and ribbon for a great homemade gift!
Method
- Melt the chocolate of your choice in the microwave in short 20 second bursts or in a pot over low heat, stirring regularly until smooth.
- Line a tray with baking paper and transfer your melted chocolate. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate to a thin layer of 2-7mm chocolate.
- Sprinkle any desired toppings then place in the fridge to harden and set. We went for a white chocolate with cranberries and pistachios for festive colours!
- Cut or break your chocolate into desired pieces.
