1 lemon
30g salt
Method
- Thoroughly wash your lemons and dry completely.
- Slice the top and bottom of the lemon off.
- Chop into four segments lengthways
- In a bowl cover the lemons with salt. Leaving a tbsp salt remaining.
- In your sanitized jar, pack will lemons leaving space at the top.
- With a spoon, press the lemons down so they release some of their juices.
- Top the jar off with the remaining salt so all lemons are covered.
