Zero Waste Herb Bombs
Don't let your herbs go to waste, instead, why not freeze them into handy herb bombs to add a burst of flavor to your next meal!
Ingredients
Handful of leftover herbs
100ml (approx..) olive oil or water
Method
Step 1
Grab your leftover herbs – we’ve got basil and parsley.
Step 2
Finely dice the herbs.
Step 3
Spoon or use your hands to place herbs into ice cube trays and top the herbs with olive oil - this is best done by pouring it into a measuring jug.
Step 4
Finally freeze ready for a flavour bomb in your next recipe!
